Delete your data
The free tools keep nothing. A complete-report order is the one record we hold, and one email removes it.
GrahSudhar has no accounts. The Janam Kundli, Kundli Milan, panchang and horoscope pages compute their answer from what you type and store none of it — there is nothing to delete after you close the page. The only record we create is for the complete PDF report, because that has to be generated, kept behind your download link and emailed to you.
What a report record holds
- The birth details you entered — name or label, gender, date, time and place of birth, with the coordinates and time zone looked up for the place.
- The email address the report was sent to, and the language you chose.
- The price at the time and whether the order was free, paid or failed; for a paid order, the Razorpay order and payment references.
- The PDF itself, stored on our server behind the random link in your email.
Nothing else: no card or UPI details (Razorpay handles those and never passes them to us), no location, no tracking.
How to have it deleted
- Email hello@grahsudhar.com with the subject Delete my Kundli report.
- Send it from the address the report was emailed to, or paste the report's download link into the message, so we can be sure the request is yours. We will not delete a report on someone else's say-so.
- Say whether you want every report ordered with that email removed, or one in particular.

What happens next
We delete the record, the PDF and your email address from our server and confirm by reply, within 30 days and usually within a few. The download link in your email stops working the moment the PDF is removed — save a copy first if you want to keep the report itself. Deleting the record does not affect any copy of the PDF you already downloaded or received by email; those are yours.
Paid orders
For a report that was paid for, Indian tax law requires us to keep the bare accounting entry — date, amount and the Razorpay payment reference — for the statutory period. That entry carries no birth details, no chart and, once you ask, no email address. Everything personal goes.
Messages you sent us
If you have written to us through the contact form or by email, we hold that message and your address only to reply. Ask in the same way and it is deleted too.
