Privacy Policy

GrahSudhar has no user accounts and no profile of you. The Kundli, Kundli Milan, panchang and horoscope pages compute their answer from what you type and keep none of it. The one time we do store something is when you order the complete PDF report, which has to be generated, kept for your download link and sent to your email. This policy sets that out exactly.

Short version

The on-screen tools

The Janam Kundli, Kundli Milan, panchang and horoscope pages take the birth details you enter, compute the chart in the same request, and show it. The details are not saved to a database, not logged, and not attached to any identifier. The language switcher on the report re-sends the same details so the chart can be redrawn in another language; that is a fresh computation, not a stored copy.

The complete report

When you order the complete PDF report — free or paid, whichever the site currently offers — we create a record so the report can exist:

• Birth details — name (or label), gender, date, time and place of birth, with the coordinates and time zone looked up for that place.
• Your email address, to send the PDF to.
• The language you chose for the report.
• The order — the price at the time, whether it was free, paid or failed, and for a paid order the Razorpay order and payment references.
• The PDF itself, kept on our server behind a long random link that only you receive, so you can download it again from the email.

The email carries the PDF as an attachment and the download link. It is sent by our own mail server or, when one is configured, by our SMTP provider, and it is addressed to you alone. We do not add you to any list and send nothing else.

We keep the record and the PDF so the link in your email keeps working. We delete them on request at any time — see your rights. We do not use them for anything except issuing and re-issuing your report and, for paid orders, keeping the accounting record the law requires.

Payment

The complete report is free whenever no price is set. When a price is set, payment is taken by Razorpay:

• Razorpay's checkout opens on the order page. Your card, UPI, wallet or net-banking details are entered into Razorpay's form and handled by Razorpay under the Razorpay privacy policy. They never reach our server.
• We receive an order reference, a payment reference and a signature, which we verify on our server before the PDF is released. Those references are stored with the order.
• Razorpay may ask for your name, email or phone in its form to process the payment; that data is Razorpay's to handle under its policy.

Services that receive data

Looking up a birth city

The site carries its own table of cities and consults it first. If the place you type is not in it, the place name you typed is sent to Nominatim, the OpenStreetMap geocoding service, from our server, to obtain its latitude and longitude. Your name, date and time of birth are not included, and the request comes from our server rather than your browser. Results are cached on our server so the same city is not looked up twice. This falls under the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

Fonts

The site's typeface loads from Google Fonts, whose servers receive your IP address as part of that request, under Google's privacy policy.

Razorpay

Only on the order page of a priced report, as described above. Razorpay's checkout script is loaded from Razorpay's servers on that page and nowhere else.

The contact form

If you write to us, your message and email address are used only to reply.

Server logs

Standard web-server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) are kept by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics, and are not used to build a profile of you.

Cookies

Three cookies, none of them for advertising or tracking:

• gs_lang — remembers the language you chose, for a year.
• gs_csrf_cookie — a security token that stops forged form submissions.
• gs_session — a session identifier used by the forms; it carries no personal data and expires when the session ends.

No third-party cookies are set by the site itself. Razorpay's checkout, on the order page only, may set its own under its policy.

What we never collect

• No advertising identifiers; no ad network.
• No analytics, tracking pixels or telemetry.
• No device location — a birth city is something you type, not something we detect.
• No card, UPI or bank details.
• No birth details from the free on-screen tools.

Children

GrahSudhar is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has ordered a report or written to us, email us and we will delete the record.

Your rights and deletion

To have a report record, its PDF and your email address deleted, or to ask what we hold, write to hello@grahsudhar.com from the address the report was sent to, or quote the download link. We act within 30 days and confirm by reply. For a paid order we may keep the bare accounting entry — date, amount and payment reference, without your birth details — where tax law requires it. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under the GDPR, India's DPDP Act or comparable laws, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use GrahSudhar after a change means you accept the updated policy.
