Delete your data
GrahSudhar keeps your information on your own device, so deleting it is something you can do yourself, in seconds — nothing has to be requested from us.
The GrahSudhar app has no accounts and no server. Your birth profiles, charts, readings and settings are written only to the app's private storage on your phone. That means there is no cloud copy to chase — removing it locally removes it completely and permanently.
Delete a single birth profile
- Open the GrahSudhar app.
- Go to Profiles (the saved-charts list).
- Long-press, or swipe, the profile you want to remove.
- Confirm Delete.
That profile and every chart generated from it are erased immediately.
Delete everything the app stores
Two ways, both immediate and irreversible.
Clear the app's data
- Android Settings → Apps → GrahSudhar.
- Tap Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear storage (on some phones, Clear data), then confirm.
All profiles, charts, settings and the stored AI key are wiped. The app restarts as if freshly installed.
Uninstall the app
Uninstalling removes the app's private storage along with it. Long-press the GrahSudhar icon and choose Uninstall, or remove it from Settings → Apps.
Remove your AI key
If you added your own AI provider key, you can delete just that without touching your charts: open Settings → AI in the app and clear the key field. It is erased from the encrypted keystore straight away, and the AI feature switches off.
Any conversations you had were processed by that provider under your own account. To delete them, use your provider's own controls — Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. We have no access to them.
What happens to your purchase
Clearing app data or uninstalling does not cost you the Premium unlock. It is tied to your Google account, not to the app's local storage. Reinstall, open Settings → Restore purchase, and it comes back at no charge.
The purchase record itself is held by Google Play, not by us, so it is not ours to delete. Manage it at Google Play order history.
Data we might hold: your emails
The single category of personal data that can reach us is a message you choose to send — through the contact form or by email. We keep those only to reply to you, and we never add anyone to a mailing list.
Ask us to delete your correspondence and we will erase it from our mailbox. We confirm in writing and complete requests within 30 days.
Send a deletion request
Email hello@grahsudhar.com with the subject Data deletion request, from the address you wrote to us from. Tell us whether you want your correspondence deleted, or just a question answered about the steps above — you do not need to give us any birth details, and please do not send them.
