Guidance and entertainment

All astrology, numerology and remedy content is provided for guidance and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and must not be treated as one. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas. Decisions you take on the basis of anything here are your own responsibility.

We do not predict death or lifespan, and will not do so on request. Our Ayushya guide explains how we treat longevity questions instead.

No guarantees

Astrology describes tendencies and probabilities, not certainties. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome, event or timing. Planetary positions are produced by an astronomical engine and are accurate to the standard of that engine, but interpretation is a traditional discipline, not an exact science. A chart is only as good as the birth details you supply — an inaccurate birth time produces an inaccurate chart.

The service is provided "as is"; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Who may use GrahSudhar

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use GrahSudhar only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and make no purchase without their permission.

The complete report

The on-screen Janam Kundli, Kundli Milan, panchang and horoscope are free to use and need no account. The complete PDF report is the same chart issued as a designed document and emailed to you.

• At present the complete report is free. No payment is asked for and no payment details are collected.
• Payment, when there is one, is collected by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• The report is generated from the birth details you enter. Check them before you order — a report issued for the details you typed is a report correctly delivered.
• The report grants a personal, non-commercial licence to use it however you like. The chart and readings in it are yours.

We may change the report's price or contents at any time. A change applies to new orders only; a report already issued stays yours, at the price you paid.

Refunds

A paid report is a digital product delivered at once, so there is no cooling-off period once the PDF has been issued. We do refund in full when something on our side has gone wrong:

• the PDF was not generated, or the download link does not work;
• the email never arrived and we cannot re-send it;
• you were charged more than once for one report.

Write to hello@grahsudhar.com within 7 days, quoting the email address you ordered with or the Razorpay payment reference. Refunds are issued through Razorpay to the payment method you used and usually appear within 5–7 working days. Nothing here limits any statutory refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your country.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• scrape, bulk-download or republish the content of this site;
• use automated requests to generate charts or reports in bulk;
• use GrahSudhar to harass, defraud, frighten or manipulate anyone, including by presenting readings as certain predictions;
• resell readings the site generates as your own commercial service; or
• probe, overload or interfere with our website or its infrastructure.

Content and intellectual property

The articles, artwork, layout, name and logo of GrahSudhar are ours and are protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may read, print and share links for personal use; you may not reproduce substantial parts elsewhere without written permission.

Charts and reports generated from your own birth details are yours to use however you like.

The classical sources we draw on — Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Phaladeepika, Saravali, Jataka Parijata and Brihat Jataka — are historic works; our commentary on them is not.

Third-party services

GrahSudhar relies on a small number of outside services, each governed by its own terms: Razorpay (payment for a priced report), OpenStreetMap / Nominatim (city lookup) and Google Fonts (the typeface). We are not responsible for those services, and links to other sites are not endorsements.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GrahSudhar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including decisions taken in reliance on a reading. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you actually paid us — for almost every user, the price of one report or nothing at all.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, termination and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continuing to use GrahSudhar after an update means you accept it.

You may stop using GrahSudhar at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
